The Resource Mobilization Executive is responsible for the development and implementation of Resource Development in Malawi. This will involve working with fellow TWR staff members and the stakeholders to deliver objectives. The key outcomes are to develop and grow the relationships at all levels that will deliver the resources required to advance TWR’s mission in Malawi

Key Result Area: Resource Development for Malawi
Expected Outcomes:
Develops and implements a sustainable Resource development programme for TWR Malawi
With TWR Malawi’s leadership guiding the way, increase local Resource Development to revenue levels that enable predictable ministry patterns possible.
Establish systems and processes to support TWR Malawi Resource development.
Build new and maintain existing TWR relationships with major donors, middle donors and base level donors, Listener, Friends, Agencies, Individuals, Churches and other connections.
Working with Management and Programming Team and Ministry colleagues, gather information and prepare proposals and report for donors.
Working with on-air ministry colleagues, develop Listener-to-Donor initiatives in Malawi.
Helps to grow all TWR Malawi’s revenue streams, working with other revenue generating functions.
Provides input to the Programming Team to assist the production of materials to support the Resource development activities and campaigns

Key Result Area: Facilitate TWR Malawi’s Business as Ministry (BAM) initiatives
Expected Outcomes:
Establish TWR Malawi partner liaising points for BAM Connect with networks, organizations in Malawi that are beneficial for TWR’s national partners’ BAM initiatives.
Foster an infrastructure where TWR donors feel welcome and able to use their business and professional skills as well as their Resource

Committed Christian.
General knowledge of the Malawi media history, structure, and operations of TWR.
Ability to envision and move projects from conception to completion.
Some resource-raising training and experience.
Team building and leadership experience.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of applications.
Graduate level Business Administration, Marketing and/or experience.
