TWR Malawi is a leading non-denominational Christian radio network reaching all of Malawi through thirteen transmission sites and via online platforms using Chichewa, ChiYao, ChiLambya, ChiTumbuka, English and KiSwahili.

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a passionate and creative individual to join our team as a Radio
Producer/Presenter for Youth Content, based at the TWR Malawi main broadcast center in Area 3, Lilongwe. The individual should be a committed Christian aged 26 years and below, passionate about Christian ministry, in good standing with their church, and able to work in a team.

Position Overview:
The Radio Producer/Presenter for Youth Content will play a key role in developing radio content specifically tailored for the youthful audience, while committed to our Christian values.

Responsibilities:
Content Creation: Develop relevant content for youth-focused radio programs, incorporating Christian
principles and values.
Scripting and Production: Write scripts for radio programs and coordinate with the production team to
ensure high-quality content delivery.
On-Air Presenting: Present radio programs, promoting a connection with listeners through relatable
content.
Guest Coordination: Identify and invite guests, including Christian leaders, artists, and influencers, to
contribute to the youth-related programs.
Social Media Engagement: Use social media platforms to connect with the audience and create an online community.

Qualifications
– Passion for Christian ministry and understanding of the youth culture.
– Experience in radio production and presenting.
– Strong writing and communication skills.
– Ability to connect with and engage a youth audience.
– Knowledge of social media platforms.
– Degree or Diploma in Journalism/Mass Communication or a related field from recognized institution.
– Fluency in English and at least one local language (Chichewa, Chitumbuka, or Chiyao).
